Luckily some models can be plug into the wall outlet. Signal strength can be a disadvantage as well. Some model due to weak power its signal cannot penetrate multiple walls. When this happen the signals is not being receive and the system not functioning. This will leave you open to any threat. In addition the strength signals can also be interfere by various storms like electrical storms, snow storms, and any bad weather.
